AlveyTech 8x2 Rear Caster Wheel Assembly for Jazzy Power Chairs

This is a rear caster wheel assembly designed for the Jazzy 1101, 1120, 1121, 1122, 1400, and the Jazzy Select 14/14XL power chairs. Included in each wheel assembly are a 200x50 (8") solid polyurethane caster wheel (rim and tire), one steel spacer, and two 6900Z series shielded ball bearings. It is important to note that while other caster wheels may appear similar, the size of the wheel bearing may differ. To ensure compatibility with your model, check the size of your wheel bearing which should be etched into the side. These caster wheels come with size 6900Z bearings and are part of Generation 3 wheel assembly that can be retrofitted on all previous generations.

The solid tire used in this caster wheel assembly is slightly less dense compared to our heavy duty caster, making it ideal for indoor use or on soft surfaces like carpeting. It is important to mention that this caster wheel assembly is only compatible with specific models of Jazzy power chairs and is also serial number specific for certain models:

• Select 14: Compatible with units made before # J8733707001S10
• Select 14 XL: Compatible with units made before # J8809407001S10
• Jazzy 1101 / 1121 / 1121 HD: Applicable to units manufactured after May 2003

To avoid color and wear pattern variations, it is recommended to purchase these caster wheels in pairs. Additionally, these wheels are flat-free, worry-free and come in a solid gray urethane material. Each wheel assembly is equipped with 6900ZZ bearings for smooth performance. Be sure to check compatibility with your model before placing an order.
